DOCUMENTS AT THE EMBASSY
KENYANS IN ITALY, GREECE, CYPRUS, POLAND AND TURKEY MAY APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AT THE KENYA EMBASSY - ROME.

All the Consular payments may be paid by Ordinary Post office Money orders (Vaglia postale ordinario) if done from Italy. Persons making payments from other countries may pay straight to the following account:

A) PASSPORT
i. Replacement of a passport after five or ten years of validity.
  1. The expiring passport
  2. Form PP1 duly completed
  3. Four passport size photographs
  4. Euro seventy five (Euro 75,00), current fee for a 48 page passport that is valid for 10 years.
  5. If the Embassy is expected to post back the renewed passport, the applicant is expected to include Euro five (Euro 7,00) postage fee.
  6. Copy of the permit of stay in the country of residence.
ii. Replacement of a lost passport
  1. Form PP1 duly completed
  2. Police abstract
  3. Four passport size photographs
  4. Letter of explanation indicating how, where and when the passport got lost.
  5. Copy of the residential permit
  6. Euro One hundred and forty seven (Euro 147,00)
  7. Euro 20,00 if the police abstract is in Italian.
  8. If the Embassy is expected to post back the renewed passport, the applicant is expected to include Euro five (Euro 7,00) postage fee.
  9. Copy of the lost passport and copies of any other documents issued by Kenyan authorities.
iii. Replacement of a damaged passport.
  1. Form PP1 duly completed
  2. The damaged passport
  3. Four passport size photograps
  4. Letter of explanation indicating how, where and when the passport got lost.
  5. Copy of the residential permit
  6. Euro One hundred and thirteen (Euro 113,00).
  7. If the Embassy is expected to post back the renewed passport, the applicant is expected to include Euro five (Euro 7,00) postage fee.
iv. Replacement of a passport whose pages are full.
  1. The passport whose pages are full or just about
  2. Form PP1 duly completed
  3. The damaged passport
  4. Four passport size photograps
  5. Euro seventy five only( Euro 75,00), current fee for a 48 page passport that is valid for 10 years.
  6. Letter of request.
  7. If the Embassy is expected to post back the renewed passport, the applicant is expected to include Euro five (Euro 7,00) postage fee.
v. Correction of details in the passport.
  1. Amendment form duly completed
  2. The passport to be amended
  3. Euro seven (7.00)
  4. If the Embassy is expected to post back the renewed passport, the applicant is expected to include Euro 7,00 postage fee.
vi. New passports for Kenyans under sixteen years.
  1. PP2 forms duly completed (please read carefully instructions given on the first page)
  2. Letter of request from the father/guardian of the child.
  3. Original birth certificate. NB: For birth certificates issued by Greek, Polish, Turkish and Cypriot authorities, translations must be done and authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the proper state.
  4. Copies of passport of the father/guardian.
  5. Copy of the residential permit
  6. Euro seventy five only (Euro 75,00) current fee for a 48 page passport that is valid for 10 years.
  7. If the Embassy is expected to post back the renewed passport, the applicant is expected to include Euro five (Euro 7,00) postage fee.
B) CERTIFICATE
i. Certificate of Good Conduct (Certificato Penale dal Kenia)
Requirements:
  1. Letter of request explaining where you will use the certificate once issued.
  2. Biographical details (see the form to fill in the downdloads)
  3. Copy of the new generation Identity cards (the old ones are not accepted)
  4. Copy of your passort.
  5. Finger prints taken by the local police of the country where you are living.
  6. Two photographs
ii. Certificate of No Impendiment to Marriage. (Nulla Osta al Matrimonio)
Requirements:
  1. Copy of your passport.
  2. Copy of your birth certificate
  3. Request form (Form cap. 150) Get a copy from the downloads on your left.
  4. Two photographs
  5. Euro ninety two (Euro 92,00).
  6. If the Embassy is expected to post back the renewed passport, the applicant is expected to include Euro five (Euro 7,00) postage fee.
iii. Certificate of Family status (Lo stato della famiglia).
Requirements:
  1. Documents of Identification (passports, or Identity cards)
  2. Marriage certificate.
  3. Original birth certificate (s).
  4. Euro twenty (20,00)
  5. Two photographs for each of the family member.
  6. letter of request NB: For birth certificates issued by Greek, Poland, Turkey and Cyprus, translations must be done and authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the proper country.
  7. If the Embassy is expected to post back the certificate once ready, the applicant is expected to include Euro five (Euro 7,00) postage fee.
